You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

You agree to use the service only for lawful rental management purposes. You must not attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service.

4. Data accuracy

MYR Homes provides tools for tracking financial data but does not constitute accounting or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.

5. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" during the beta period.

6. Account deletion

You can request account deletion at any time. After a 30-day grace period, your data will be permanently removed.
