When you use MYR Homes, we collect:
- Account information (email, name)
- Property and lease data you enter
- Bill and payment records
- Documents you upload
- Device tokens for push notifications
2. How we use your data
Your data is used exclusively to provide the rental management service. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
3. Data storage
Data is stored on our servers in the EU. All connections are encrypted via TLS. Passwords are hashed using Argon2id.
4. Your rights (GDPR)
- Right to access: Export all your data from Settings
- Right to rectification: Edit your data at any time
- Right to erasure: Delete your account from Settings (30-day grace period)
- Right to portability: Download your data as a ZIP file
